• You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity stating your pearl’s origin, and grade, along with information about your pearl’s setting.

• We proudly offer a one year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in our silver jewellery. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear or damage from improper care.

• Each silver jewellery piece comes in its own Pearls of Australia jewellery pouch with one pouch per order.

• Australian orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be delivered. International orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 days. Please allow 10 to 25 business days for your order to be delivered. Overseas custom duties and taxes may be applicable.
