• You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity stating your pearl’s origin, and grade, along with information about your pearl’s setting.

• We proudly offer a one year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in our gold plated and silver jewellery. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear or damage from improper care.

• Each gold jewellery piece comes in its own Pearls of Australia box with one gift box per order.

• Australian orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be delivered. International orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 days. Please allow 10 to 25 business days for your order to be delivered. Overseas custom duties and taxes may be applicable.
