Warranty
We proudly offer a one year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in our silver jewellery. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear or damage from improper care.
Packaging
Each silver jewellery piece comes in its own Pearls of Australia jewellery pouch with one pouch per order.
Shipping
Australian orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be delivered. International orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 days. Please allow 10 to 25 business days for your order to be delivered. Overseas custom duties and taxes may be applicable.
For correct sizing, be sure to measure the circumference of your wrist and add 2cm to this measure. You can measure the circumference of your wrist by tying a piece of string around your wrist – just above your wrist bone, and marking the overlapping parts of the string. Remember, if you like to wear your bracelet more tight or more loose, allow for a little extra room when measuring and let us know your preference by writing a note in the checkout section.
