Yes, our team can assess your existing pearl strand and advise you on our restringing or redesign options. This service is available for Pearls of Australia pearl strands only.

Can I change the clasp on an existing pearl strand?

You most definitely can change the clasp on an existing pearl strand! If you see a strand you like online or instore, contact one of our friendly team members to change the clasp to your preference. This includes the type of gold (9ct or 18ct gold), the type of clasp (invisible, bolt, parrot or ball clasp), and the gold colour (yellow, rose or white gold).
