Warranty

We proudly offer a two year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in our gold jewellery. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear or damage from improper care.

Packaging

Each gold jewellery piece comes in its own Pearls of Australia box with one gift box per order.

Shipping

Due to the custom nature of made to order items, they will be dispatched within 3 weeks, and then shipped which can take several days depending if the order is domestic or international.
