Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package. Please note that we do not offer returns of earrings due to hygiene regulations.
Our warranty policy applies to all pearl jewellery, including gold vermeil, sterling silver and an extended warranty is available for solid gold pieces.
