What makes Pearls of Australia jewellery collections unique?
Each collection is designed around the story of its origin and the provenance of our Australian grown pearls.
Our South Sea pearls are grown at our Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm on the Dampier Peninsula of WA, while our Akoya pearls are grown at our Broken Bay Pearl Farm on the Central Coast of NSW.
Whether it's the Classic collection, our sister Kimberley Lily and Mangrove Lily collections, or the iconic Stella collection, every piece reflects our Australian coastlines and environments that shape our pearls. Regardless of the range, each pearl is traceable and sustainably grown and is the centre point of each item.
How do the collections differ between South Sea and Akoya pearls?
Our collections are guided by the character of each pearl type.
South Sea pearls, known for their larger size and rarity, feature in designs that highlight their presence, such as statement drop earrings, hero pendants, and signature pearl strands.
Akoya pearls, treasured for their high lustre and variety in colour, are showcased in designs with finer silhouettes, including everyday chains, and modern interpretations of classic styles.
This contrast gives each collection its own rhythm, allowing you to choose the look and feel that suits your personal style.
